Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Full refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Please also check the platform you booked through as specific policies may apply.

The Nayyara comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements may be provided on request. Please inform us of your group size when booking.

We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted at The Nayyara at this time, to maintain the comfort of all guests and preserve the villa's condition. Thank you for understanding.

Breakfast is an optional paid add-on. We offer traditional Javanese breakfast and continental options. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen so you're welcome to cook. Please request at least 1 day in advance.

Yes! We can arrange airport transfers from YIA (Yogyakarta International Airport) or Adisucipto Airport, plus private drivers for day trips to temples, markets, and other local attractions. Just let us know.
